UV400
& Series 400
The UV400 & Series 400
are state-of-the-art water monitoring
systems specially designed
for high reliability and low operating cost.
Based on a modular system,
a wide range of cost-effective
configurations are available
from mono-parameter (Series 400)
to multi-parameter (UV400).
Using UV spectroscopy for
the main parameters (Ammonia,
COD, Nitrate, Hydrocarbons),
the UV400 and Series 400 are
specially suited for water
treatment plants to control the process
or to monitor the inlet/outlet,
as well as for river monitoring or
for industrial effluents
monitoring.
Major improvements as been
brought to the UV400 and series 400
compared to the previous
model UVpcx and 1000 series (CX1000 series):
All parameters fit in one enclosure, including ammonia and phosphate
New patented flow cell virtually clogging proof even with ultra high level
of suspended solid
New colour touch screen interface, fast and user-friendly
Faster measuring time and improved repeatability by the use of a new high
performance DSP (Digital Signal Processor)
Direct access to the flow cell (brush cleanable) and very easy access to
any part inside the analyser
USB port to download measurements and diagnostic data on a USB memory stick
Wifi and Ethernet interfaces available as option
RS232 and RS485 included
Mono-board concept for easy electronics maintenance
Other
main features:
Up to 12 parameters
No reagent (except NaOH for NH4+ and HCl for dissolved H2S)
10-years lamp lifetime
Accept unfiltered waste water, even activated sludge
Automatic turbidity compensation for COD, nitrate and hydrocarbons
Built-in automatic cleaning system
Auto-zeroing function
Measuring time of 5 seconds for most parameters
Can drive a 6-channels multiplexing system
Compact size (520 x 390 x 220 mm)
Datalogging with RS232 or USB download
RS232 port for GSM modem
